Life Coaching:
All of us have tough times in our lives, and often, we can benefit from having an outside perspective. I provide that perspective and work with you to identify where you are now, what obstacles you're facing and how you'd like to deal with them. Then, we formulate a plan and collaborate to realize that plan. What your plan means is up to you, as Life Coaching can focus on anything from personal and relational issues to career advancement. Whatever it is you need, I look forward to being a force for beneficial growth in your life.
Each meeting consists of 50 minutes face to face contact on a weekly basis and the fee for each meeting is $100.

Utilizing my many years of experience working with special needs children and their families, this service is specially designed with the parents and caregivers of special needs children in mind. Independent Behavioral Consulting focuses on everything from mobilizing community and social resources, to identifying and accessing personal strengths and resiliency and everything in between.
Each meeting consists of 50 minutes face to face contact on a weekly basis and the fee for each meeting is $100.
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Focused Coaching:
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a tough thing to live with. Much like with depression or anxiety, PTSD brings with it a great deal of extra baggage that can make day-to-day living feel like a full-time job where you're always working overtime. This service aims to address the unique circumstances that give rise to PTSD, utilizing my personal approach to dealing with PTSD, it's causes, and it's affects on your life. In short, I see PTSD not as an all-encompassing life-changing condition, but rather as a set of adaptive behaviors that are, for whatever reason, no longer working as well as they used to work. Everyone who has PTSD has, at some point, been through (and survived) some pretty rough stuff in life. Whether it's a result of adult military/war-time experience, childhood trauma, or anything in between, we will work together to take those experiences and face them down until they no longer hold power.
Each meeting consists of 50 minutes of face to face contact on a weekly basis, with a fee of $100 per meeting. In some cases PTSD coaching warrants more than one meeting per week, or longer meetings that consist of more than 50 minutes at a time. If you and I discuss and agree that such action should take place, then the fee will be adjusted
